  • ½ cup mild honey, preferably raw
  • ½ cup ripe passion fruit pulp (approx. 6 fruits)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1 heaped teaspoon turmeric powder / 1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric root
  • 1 zest of a lemon
  • 2 pinches of freshly ground black pepper

Grate the ginger and lemon zest, halve the passion fruit, scoop out the pulp and seeds for half a cup. Set aside. Place the honey in a jar and add the pulp, grated ginger, turmeric, lemon zest and ground pepper. Mix well and place covered in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. The longer it rests, the better the flavors develop and combine. Stir before serving. Consume within a week.

Chia pudding with berries & honey passion fruit elixir

A great addition to the miracle elixir is a healthy and delicious chia pudding:

for 2 servings

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk or other nut milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 - 4 tbsp Honey Passionfruit Elixir
  • Fresh seasonal fruit e.g. sliced ​​peaches/nectarines, strawberries & raspberries, washed and chopped.
  • 2 - 4 tbsp chopped almonds/granola

For the chia pudding, place the chia seeds, vanilla extract, and nut milk in a bowl. Cover and shake vigorously a few times. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight). Stir before serving. Divide the yogurt into two small bowls and spread the chia pudding evenly over them with a spoon. Drizzle over the honey passion fruit elixir, add the fruits and berries and garnish with fresh mint leaves, toasted almonds or your favorite muesli.
