Each STORM bootcamp is evenly split between three workout components - Pace, Pump and Punch - to ensure you build full-body strength and endurance with safe, natural movements. With live heart rate monitoring and highly trained trainers:inside to guide you every step of the way, we guarantee you'll be able to focus fully on yourself and your personal training zone during your full-body workout.
For Holmes Place members, your first session on STORM is free until the end of the year. After that, you can book STORM as an upgrade to your contract.
