Carsten is Managing Director at Holmes Place and responsible for the digital transformation and general development of the company. He is responsible for IT, marketing, data, live streaming and project management.
He holds a degree in computer science and began his career at Alba Berlin Basketballteam e.V. as General Manager before moving into ticketing, where he most recently worked as COO at Ticketmaster. He has managed the organization and marketing of major sporting events, such as the Basketball Supercup and the Euro Hockey Champions Cup, and is a Managing Partner at a non-profit organization that founds, runs and supports international aid projects.
Outside of Holmes Place, Carsten also enjoys sports - he is an ardent soccer fan, enjoys sailing and goes jogging regularly.
Miriam joined Holmes Place in March 2021 and is responsible for the entire marketing department as Chief Marketing Officer. Together with her team, she takes care of topics such as digital transformation, brand building, campaigns, partnerships, CRM and analytics, content & social media, employer branding and much more.
Miriam has a master's degree in musicology, film & television studies and education and came to Berlin in 2007 to get to know the digital music and media world at Fox Interactive Media (MySpace), among others. After 9 years at Ticketmaster, the global market leader in ticketing, where she also built up the marketing team and strategically managed the division, she is most excited about the contribution she can make to the health and well-being of others through her involvement with Holmes Place.
Miriam lives with her family in Berlin Friedenau, loves to go on vacation in the mountains and generally enjoys being out in the fresh air. She also likes to do her personal training on the roof terrace of a Holmes Place club. Miriam's heart beats for cheesecake, cycling and music - she plays various instruments herself (but only in private).

As Product Director, Adam is the creative and strategic mastermind behind our boutique fitness brand STORM. The high-intensity, full-body workout takes place in dedicated studios within our Holmes Place clubs and is tailored to fitness enthusiasts who want to get the most out of their workout. STORM has been so successful that we have already exported it to Greece and continue to work on new formats thanks to Adam's expertise and passion.
Adam has a diploma in Business & Finance and degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Health & Safety. His journey in the fitness industry began many years ago as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor in various fitness clubs in the UK. He soon took on more responsibility and leadership roles, as Sports Manager, General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, before being given key roles as General Manager and Head of Service, Health & Safety at Holmes Place Germany and Austria. Since the beginning of 2020, he has been focusing on the expansion and further development of STORM.
Adam can also be found doing sports in his free time - jogging on the street or doing strength and cardio training in the gyms of this world. He has also recently started playing golf again after a 30-year break and plays with an impressive handicap of 11.
